Taipanは非常に広々と快適で風通しの良いポントゥーンタイプのハウスボートです。ロワーデッキには3つのキャビンがあります。全てのキャビンにはツインベッドが備わっています。別々のシャワー、トイレ、洗面台、大型の設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングエリアがあります。ボートにはトイレが2つ、シャワーが1つあります。

非常に広いラウンジがあり、プラズマテレビ、音楽システム、データボードが備わっており、スコットルブライもあります。

5人分の座席がある4気筒テンダーボートが1艇あり、ゲームビューイング、釣り、サンセットクルーズにご利用いただけます。ボート（ハウスボートとテンダーボート）の燃料代は、使用分に応じてクライアントが直接支払う必要があります。

豊富なクーラーボックスがボートに用意されており、ガス冷蔵庫も備わっています。クライアントは氷を自分で購入する必要があります。

フルキャタリング、釣り竿のレンタル、釣具や餌の購入は、エージェントを通じて追加料金で手配することができます。
