The Caribbea Bay hotel is a Mediterranean themed Hotel which is built on the shores of Lake Kariba. It is the perfect sunny getaway for the family and proves to be refreshing and comfortable for business travellers as well. Caribbea Bay boasts of 83 tastefully decorated rooms and suites, most of which have balconies where guests can look out on to the lake as they unwind.
All rooms come equipped with air conditioner, telephone, satellite television, ensuite bathroom with shower and Tea & Coffee facilities. Families will find spacious Casita rooms convenient and comfortable. These are large suites that accommodate extra beds (bunks) for children. There are several leisure facilities on the premises for the younger guests, swing sets, slides and the Supa Tube, a water facility where they can play for hours.
Business and executive guests can take advantage of the conference facilities which provide 3 boardroom options, the largest accommodating up to 120 guests. Audiovisual equipment is available for presentations and all meals can be arranged. The King leisure room is available for extra space and luxury.
Guests may enjoy the recreation options open to them which include Sunset cruises, a tour of the crocodile farm, an in-house Swimming pool, tennis, fishing and a visit to the Kariba Dam where an educational tour will touch on the culture and history of the locals as well as the myths.
