Luxury Safari Camps Tents Kavinga Safari Lodge is a luxury wilderness camp that is located in the southern part of Mana Pools National Park, just 9km from Chitake Spring. It comprises 7 spacious tents which have ensuite facilities, a private veranda overlooking the Zambezi Valley. Each tent is carefully insulated from bugs and is beautifully furnished to ensure guests’ ease and enjoyment.

The camp has a manmade wildlife viewing hide where guests get a 180-degree view of the nearby waterhole and can view the variety of animals that come for a drink. Some animals that frequent this side of the park by day are impala, buffalo, elephants, and wildebeest.  Some carnivores do stop by at night.

The main camp houses the lounge and dining area. There are 2 viewing decks where guests can take in the surrounding beauty, by day or night. The deck is the perfect place to relax, look out at the starry night, capture the lovely colours of the horizon, and breathe in the fresh air. Guest can also relax by the fire pit after dinner or enjoy a nightcap. Kavinga offers a number of exciting activities which will make one’s visit memorable from game drives, photographic safaris, nature walks to birding.  Not a single hour is dull and even if one would like to simply recline by the deck with a glass of good wine that is permitted too. Kavinga is open all year round and is accessible road and air (private charter).
