Matetsi River Lodge
Matetsi Accommodation comprises the Matetsi River House (Villa) and several elegant lodge suites. The lodge is divided into two self-contained camps facing the Zambezi River. A villa is a spacious unit that comes with four beautifully decorated bedrooms; all of them air-conditioned. Guest facilities at the villa include a private swimming pool, a wide veranda, a fireplace, and indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas. Guests have access to the following service staff, a chef, tour guide, butler, and tracker; they help make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The Matetsi lodge has 18 luxury suites in total; these are spacious units as well boasting of luxurious king-size beds, a private plunge pool and deck, a large circular bath, and outdoor showers. There are family suites which have 2 interconnected bedrooms. They are perfect for mums and dads and their children as the additional room has twin beds. Matetsi offers a wide range of In-Camp recreational activities which include, Zambezi Riverboat cruises, canoeing, Morning and evening game drives, Night game drives, Full day game drives, Bird watching, Walking safaris, and fishing.
Guests can also opt to go and spend the afternoon in Victoria Falls for shopping or choose from a number of leisure activities such as a tour of the Falls, Horseback Safari, Bungee Jumping, Ziplining, cultural tours, and helicopter rides.
Guest amenities and facilities include a bar (one for each Camp), private wine cellar, library, Guest iPads, Boardroom, Blue tooth Speaker, a shopping boutique, a fitness area, a Boma dining area, Complimentary laundry service, Childminders, Massage parlour, complimentary WiFi and luxury safari vehicles.
