Zambezi Trader

Zambezi Cruise and Safaris recently acquired the Zambezi Trader. The largest leisure vessel on Lake Kariba. The Zambezi trader can accommodate up to two hundred guests in twenty-three cabins, making it suitable for functions like birthday parties, weddings, product launches and so forth. The houseboat’s features include;

• 23 air-conditioned cabins spread over the vessel’s 3 tiers
• The lower deck has 16 twin bedded en-suite cabins - Total capacity of 32.
• The middle deck houses 2 bunk rooms with twin beds and 1 bunk. - Total capacity of 8.
• The upper deck comprises 5 luxury double-bedded executive suites consisting of a presidential suite, a king suite and 3 Queen suites. All rooms on this deck have private verandas with lake vistas and unparalleled comfort.   - Total capacity 10 passengers
• One large dining room,
• Large pool deck with an infinity pool.

Zambezi Cruise and Safaris will embark on a major remodelling exercise for the vessel in early 2022 before it is open for bookings again. The Zambezi Trader is excellent as a functions venue, for bespoke cruise safaris and for chartering for large groups. It has the capacity to explore the length of Lake Kariba with ease.
