Situated at the top floor of the Colcom Complex, ProFitness Gym caters to all your health needs. Boasting the latest equipment in the country - both cardiovascular and weight training, the airy and hygienic surroundings make ProFitness the ideal environment in which to exercise and get fit!
In addition to the circuit and weight equipment, we also boast a 22sqm aerobics studio where a selection of classes are offered, at all levels of fitness (from beginner to fitness junkie!), ranging from general fitness to high-powered step and spinning classes as well as Zumba, to name a few. We have just completed a new spin studio, with the latest trend...spinning in the dark! Classes commenced January 2010. We also have on board a number of personal trainers, the choice is yours!
To ensure that your fitness experience is both professional and all-round, ProFitness Gym staff compliment consists of managers, trainers, cleaning and kitchen staff. In the unlikely event of injury, our stall members have been First Aid trained to ensure your safety and well-being at all times.
