The Elephant camp is a deluxe lodge located just 10kms outside Victoria Falls. Offering luxury tented accommodation in a great bush setting, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors but still experiences absolute comfort.
Guests can look forward to a great view overlooking a forested area, and the smoke from the falls can also be seen billowing in the distance. All the rooms or tents are air-conditioned and each one also has the following amenities; fully stocked mini-bar (selected wines, local beers and drinks), tea station, viewing deck, plunge pool, private lounge and indoor and outdoor bathrooms.
The main camp offers a lounge, and a bar as well as a large patio where meals can be enjoyed. The entire set up is not too formal but perfect for some peace and relaxation.
To the west lies an additional camp which is ideal for groups or large families, it has four tents which can host up to 8 people and have additional couches for children. There is a separate dining, kitchen and main pool which makes it perfect for the exclusive use of the facility if desired.
Both camps offer all meals on an ala carte basis which are served to the highest standards. Recreation activities at the elephant camp include elephant & cheetah interactions involving elephant rides, walk with the cheetah, game drives, nature walks, horse riding. An outdoor breakfast overlooking the gorge or by the riverside is also offered.
