Whatever your reason for joining the gym whether it be weight loss, need some motivation, training for a sports event, or recovering from an injury Body Fitness Centre will be able to assist you in achieving your goal.
There is all the equipment you will need such as stationery bikes, treadmills as well as a variety of aerobic classes to get your heart rate up, and make you feel energised and ready for your day after your workout. Personal trainers are available to design special fitness, or body building programs, give you encouragement in a friendly and professional environment.

Public Holiday 8am-12noon
