Swimuwini Rest Camp

Swimuwini Camp is Located high on the banks above the Mwenezi River in the south of Gonarezhou. It is easily accessible from the Boli Road and Sango Border post; it is the perfect spot to explore the Mabalauta section of Gonarezhou from. There are 8 Swimuwini lodges, all were recently refurbished and offer visitors a fairly priced comfortable lodging experience.  Chalets are equipped with solar geysers, lights, fridge/freezers, and fully-equipped kitchens.  Guests can cook on gas stoves or in the portable braai’s available at every unit.
Six of the lodges are two-bedroom units as follows

• Acacia and Cordyla – Have an identical layout that consists of two bedrooms one has a king-size bed while the other bedroom has a bed that can be converted to two singles.
• Kigelia and Albizia – Also identical, two bedrooms equipped with King size bed while the other bedroom has two three quarter beds.
• Lodges Nyala, Tamboti, and Cussonia have the same layout and the room configuration is also one King size bed in room 1 while the other bedroom has two three quarter beds.
• Trichelia is a bigger family lodge with an indoor dining room that sits six guests. It is also a two-bedroom unit. two bedrooms are equipped with King size beds while the other bedroom has two three-quarter beds.

 Stretcher beds for children can be requested at an additional fee. Swimuwini is family-friendly and is a great choice for all.
