Here is a quick snapshot of the highlights of your 3-night stay (a full itinerary is below) –
-Delicious meals prepared by our Head Chef Mark Rimmer – Mark trained at Silwood in Cape Town (arguably the finest cooking school in Africa) and has returned to Zimbabwe after working at several of the Cape’s finest restaurants! Expect your meals to be peppered with local ingredients, a twist on African cuisine!
-Drinks from a select open bar – an iced Zambezi Lager or a Masuwe Magic cocktail are best sipped with a magical bush sunset!
-A visit to Victoria Falls – spend as long as you want exploring the rainforest and the Falls from different perspectives. Take your time photographing this wonder of the world.
-Local town touring time – explore the markets and curio shops for cheap & cheerful knick-knacks or something a bit special. We love the Elephant Walk where you can stop for a coffee at Africa Cafe if your feet are weary.
-Take a game drive in the neighbouring Chamabonda – a stunning part of the Zambezi National Park where the waterholes attract elephant, lion, zebra, eland, sable, giraffe and so much more
-A guided walk on Masuwe Wildlife Sanctuary – the best way to learn about the little things in the bush, but don’t worry your professional guide will be there if you come across the big things!
-A stunning Reflections Sunset Dinner Cruise – imagine watching the sun slip into the mighty Zambezi River, nearby a heard of elephant are drinking, and so too you are you … a chilled glass of South African wine as your smiling waiter delivers a fabulous four-course feast to your candle lit table.
