The camp is accessible by road and by air, there are three nearby airstrips where fly-in guests can land. Guests can drive into camp, alternatively, transfers from the Park's Mbala Gate are provided twice a day. All meals are well prepared and marked by variety. These include 3-course dinners, daytime refreshments, and cooked or continental breakfast. The camp is family-friendly; children should always be under the supervision of their parents or guardians. Those aged eleven years and under are charged at 50% of the given rate.
