Lady Jacqueline

The Lady Jacqueline is a beautiful mono-hull houseboat operating out of Kariba. A medium-sized luxury houseboat that can accommodate up to 10 guests; the Lady J, comes with two cabins. It is well-appointed with comfortable bedding and several facilities to ensure guests have all the necessary conveniences for a memorable vacation.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE:

Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks).                                       
Limited house wines, local beers, soft-drinks, and water (guests to complete a drinks list).   
A Daily fuel allocation of 3 hours cruising time, 8 hours generator time and a caddy tank for the tender boat.                                     
                                     
EXCLUDES:                                
All other drinks.                                    
National Lake Fees.                     
Fishing Licenses.

Please note guests may not remove remaining drinks and food after the charter.

Fishing Licenses.
 
FUEL DEPOSIT:
A USD400 fuel deposit is required per night.
The aforementioned fuel deposit covers 200L of fuel and 8 hours of generator time.
 
NOTES:
The rate quoted is per night for the entire vessel and is based on max. 10 guests - which is the number the boat was designed to take comfortably.
Should numbers exceed 10 guests a surcharge of USD69 per additional person per night will be levied - max. 14 guests.

Fuel:
 
Additional fuel can be supplied.  The current rate for this is USD1.70 per liter however this is subject to change due to price fluctuations.  
It is recommended that guests arrange this in prior to departure. 
Alternatively, payment must be made to the Captain, in cash, upon disembarkation.
 
Agents choosing to sell The Lady Jacqueline on a DRY BOAT basis will be required to complete and sign a “Fuel Declaration”, stating that they, the agent will accept full responsibility for all costs involved, should clients fail to make payment for fuel used during their charter.
 
Park Fees:
 
Please remember to carry cash for all park, lake usage and fishing license fees.
The levies will be payable by you to the National Parks official that may intercept the cruiser on exiting the Harbour. Failing which payment is to be made to the Lady J Captain, who will settle the bill upon return to the harbour.
 
Fisherman:
 
If you are a keen fisherman, bring your own rods, tackle, and bait.
Limited fishing tackle is available for hire from the crew at an approx. cost of R50 per person, per day.  Payment to be made in cash to the crew.
 
Tender boats:
 
The Lady J includes 1 tender boat.  There are two tender boats to choose from. 
You may also hire the second for USD52.50 per night.
