The Lion Park is a sanctuary for lions; it is situated only forty-five minutes drive outside Harare. It is the perfect place to take the family for a fun day's outing. This sanctuary has been around for many years (formerly known as the Lion and Cheetah Park) and still continues to be a place of adventure, learning and relaxation for the young and old. The park no longer has any cheetahs hence the new name but visitors can still see the king of the jungle, the Lion.
