Nottingham estate is an agricultural estate located 27 kilometres from Beitbridge and just 21 kilometres from the Beitbridge-Bulawayo highway. It is home to a citrus plantation as well as three different accommodation options. These lodge facilities are neat, well serviced and serve as the perfect base for a leisure trip which can be coupled by a number of recreational facilities offered on-premises. 

Kuduland
Kuduland comprises eleven brick under thatch chalets which accommodate two people each. Each chalet has ensuite facilities and is air-conditioned. There are well-manicured lawns, a picnic area as well as a swimming pool where guests can relax in the heat of the day. 

Fishing Camp
Fishing Camp sits on the waterfront of Mashilichokwe Dam. The camp has seven chalets, all of them fully equipped with a kitchenette which has a fridge, cooker, microwave, freezer and tea making facilities. They have two bedrooms with one king-size bed and two three quarter beds and ensuite facilities. 

Fly Camp
This camp was built as an entertainment area where guests can view animals feeding especially the elephants. Now the site offers accommodation as well.
