Nyamoumba River Lodge

Zimbabwe

Camping

Nyamoumba Fishing And Birding Lodge sit peacefully along the banks of the mighty Zambezi River, only 27km from the Kariba Dam wall and on the pinnacle of the Kariba Gorge merging with the main river. This newly constructed facility offers self-catering lodges as well as campsites.

The Tigerfish, which is known to be one of the hardest fighting freshwater game fish in Africa, is spread across the Zambezi River and makes a good challenge for any fishing enthusiast. While this is an experience like no other, there is a variety of fish in the river which are equally as fun to catch.

They are now offering the camps exclusively, which allows them to offer a high standard of fishing guides as well as providing chefs in the camps to take over the daily preparation and cooking of meals. By doing this, we hope to bring an added flair to our guest's experiences in our camps.
