Khulu Ivory is set on a private concession of 6000 acres adjacent to Hwange National. This 5-star premium camp consists of six bespoke, thatched tented suites including one honeymoon suite. Our plunge pool in the main area is the perfect spot to sip on a refreshing cocktail and watch the wildlife at play, drinking from our very active waterhole. More often than not, the large elephant herds brave the waters of our plunge pool, not being able to resist quenching their thirst with fresh water after muddying the waters of their waterhole.
Khulu Ivory is situated 2.8kms off the main Victoria Falls/Bulawayo Road and is accessible for all self-drive vehicles. The nearest commercial airports are Victoria Falls which is 2.5 hours drive away and Bulawayo International which is 3 hours drive away. Hwange airport is 8kms away but only accommodates private air charters.
