Wild Geese Lodge Corporate

Wild Geese Lodge is the ideal place to host your corporate event, whether you are planning a product launch, corporate cocktail, Christmas Party or team-building retreat.
It is perfectly situated only 15 minutes from Harare’s CBD, yet provides a picturesque and serene country environment your guests will definitely love. Wild Geese has a number of suitable venues for your special function.
Catering for Weddings and Events will now be outsourced to a hand-picked selection of six different styled service providers. These six caterers will be able to provide unique, gourmet and modern styled food for events at the Lodge. Clients will be able to choose their menu according to which caterer they prefer, within their specific budget with packages across the range starting from USD20/head excluding VAT.
Bar and waiter services for events at the Lodge will now be provided by ProBar whom either offer their services for a service charge per head of $5pp with retail bar prices; or $15-$20/head with clients having the opportunity to bring in their own stock. ProBar is able to create signature cocktails for any event and their service includes barmen, waiters for drinks service and clearing tables. They are available to meet with clients at the Lodge to discuss the various options available.
Wild Geese Lodge no longer provides an in-house coordinator facility, and clients are requested to choose a coordinator from our list of recommended suppliers or to choose a family member in their stead. A venue facilitator will be on-site during all events to liaise any venue related requirements. We will have a dedicated storeroom for coordinators to store their equipment in on the night of the wedding/event so that everything is secure.
On the night of a wedding, the Bridal Suite will be supplied complimentary, as well as a complimentary champagne breakfast basket for two. The Bridal Suite can also be used to get dressed on the wedding day, and for hair and makeup preparations. Accommodation Services at the Lodge are closed for the foreseeable future and we are unable to offer this facility.
Main Lodge and Restaurant
Our Restaurant is now closed to the public, however, the Main Lodge is now available to hire as a venue. The Main Lodge is a four hundred square meter building, specifically designed by Cape Town Designer Kyle Roux. It features dark wooden ceilings, African-chique décor and a majestic view over the savannah dotted with game merging into the Mazowe Hills. We are building a beautiful pergola veranda, perfect for those sunny afternoons and balmy evenings.
We are fully compliant with all recommended Covid-19 protocols and practices, and our staff are all tested and trained accordingly.
We are hosting conferences at the Lodge, and have some unique methods of service to ensure maximum guest safety.
