What’s on in October
October is very promising on the activities side in both town and country so there is every reason to be out and about this month. If you fancy a unique activity we recommend a Horseback Safari in the Hwange National Park, this is being offered by Ride Zimbabwe which is based in Bulawayo. There is no better way to take in the sights and sounds of the bush, join them in this exciting adventure as you see Hwange like never before. If you love horses find out more about this incredible offer by emailing our enquiries desk.

If you have never tried a houseboat experience now is the time to spoil yourself, why not book yourself a weekend on the Navistar houseboat. Relax aboard the Navistar as you lounge on the deck, soak in some sun or try a bit of fishing on the Kariba waters. Here is the time to make new summer memories with your family. Contact our office for available dates in October, November and early December. October and November are great months to take camping adventures and we recommend Manapools.com for all your self-drive camping vacation requirements. Find out more about this here

For your year-end vacation with loved ones take advantage of the AAT End of Year sale and book your spot early at any of their fabulous Vic Falls properties; the swanky Victoria Falls Safari Club and Lodge as well as the luxurious Lokuthula Lodges. Check out their terms and conditions on this link.

Exciting Harare events this month include the Jacaranda Music Festival on the 6th at Hellenic Sports Club Harare, featuring great artists like Oliver Mtukudzi and South African songstress Yvonne Chaka Chaka. The Ministry of Tourism hosts the Harare International Carnival from the 15th of October.  On the shopping front, there is an interesting Baby clothing & Accessories expo being held at The Venue in Avondale on the 6th of October 2018.
